Profound have agreed to partner with SAFC Foundation in the delivery of their Back in the Game programme. Following months of negotiating, Profound have agreed to finance the project, having been previously funded by DWP and the Premier League. The course includes pre-employability training, family learning sessions and recruitment - people into work. Delivery will be at two sites, Sunderland Stadium of Light, and The Learning Centre of Light based at Caterpillar, Peterlee.

Working in partnership with a prestigious premier league football club, Job Centre Plus and a raft of employers is very rewarding. Our pre-employability project is very much taking Profound into new waters. All credit to our staff for making this happen, they have designed tailored courses and opened up employer vacancies for our candidates. It gives us immense pleasure when securing employment for our unemployed candidates while contributing to the local labour market”
