Profound are now working in close collaboration with two local colleges. We have agreed to sub contract and deliver our NVQ qualifications nationally and locally. Service Level Agreements were signed ensuring quality of delivery and profiles were achieved within an agreed timescale. Head of Operations, David Ward, commented, “the colleges are our customers and it is paramount we provide an excellent service as we are looking to establish a long-term relationship. We have deployed a partnership project team within our department to monitor all aspects of our delivery and quality processes. We must, and will, deliver our training within the agreed profiles”.
