Profound Services have been awarded both the internal and external national matrix quality standard following a rigorous two day assessment schedule. Internal staff were interviewed including the board of directors as well as external drivers/learners and operators. "The two day assessment programme proved to be very challenging and taxing for us all advised director Brian Ward. "It was great to learn we had achieved both the internal and external components". A special mention to all staff and clients - they are all part this achievement. This is a great milestone for Profound and a quality benchmark for us - we are now in a position to deliver information, advice and guidance in a training and work environment" added Brian.
