David joined the company in September 2008 and heads up all dealings with Profound’s assessors on a day to day basis. With responsibility for assessor workloads, quality and accuracy, as well as supporting and assisting assessors with any issues that might arise, his role is varied and challenging. David works closely with the Operations Director to ensure our contracts and partnership sub-contracts are delivered against agreed time scales. Formerly a revenues manager at a local authority, David brings a wealth of experience to the role and is currently recruiting for new assessors across the country. He is married with two children and when he has any free time enjoys watching sport and playing golf.

Peter has a strong managerial background, having previously worked for over 30 years with Whitbread Brewery as a Transport and Distributions Manager. Peter is now Head of Profound's Corporate Services directorate. Typical day-to-day duties include: Management of our IT infrastructure, internal audit functions, quality assurance systems and managing our administration team to meet external requirements. Peter also works with specialist advisors with regard to Ofsted, HR and H&S.
